   to make the Icegram elements fit with the overall design of a WordPress site?

 * In Icegram message body you can set style of button and it will reflect in that
   perticular message.
 * \`<style>
    .icegram.{message_type}.{theme} ig_button{ //set your style here }
   </style> \` Replace message type and message theme in above code snippet.
