Can you tell me how to increase the “post your event” button size on the calendar? COuld you tell me in detail since I am still new at this?

Please try the following code:
#ai1ec-calendar .ai1ec-contribution-buttons .ai1ec-btn-xs {padding: 8px;font-size: 22px;}
should go to your site style file/CSS, on your site probably here: /wp-content/themes/Divi/style.css
