# Button URLs keep changing to http:// from https://

 * Hi. Every now and then the URLs on all my buttons change to http:// from https://–
   is there a way of avoiding this? It appears to do it whenever the plugin is updated
   so I then have to go through and add the ‘s’ back on.

 * This is very strange, because even with updates we don’t touch the button data.
   Do you use any snippets / filters for the URL on the buttons ? Is this http also
   visible in the button editor or just in the pages? 
    (unlikely) I suppose you
   are not using the plugin from before version 3 ? If so, maybe check if there 
   is an old database table still around.
