Is there a way the colour of the buttons in the author box can be changed? ie the View All Posts button and links to email and website. I’m using the free version.

Thanks for using PublishPress Authors.

Yes, you can change it even on the free version. Go to Author > Author Boxes. Select the author box that you want to change, and go to Meta:
