buttons don’t work, plugin can’t be installed

    Both buttons don’t work, I press any of them and nothing happens. I tried to delete and reinstall the plugin, tried different ones in different browsers.

    Hi @indiamed,

    Glad you reached out!

    If the Solid Security Onboarding gets stuck on a step, it’s usually due to a REST HTTP method being disabled on the server. Solid Security requires access to the REST API to function.

    Please try reaching out to your hosting provider and have them allow all the REST HTTP methods: GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, and OPTIONS on the server. Once done, try to go through the onboarding process again.
