 * I saw in my wordpress admin top bar that autoptimize cache is red and at 100%
 * Cache information: 539 MB
    Files: 484
 * Does it mean i must delete the cache?

 * cache size problems [are an indication of more important problems](http://blog.futtta.be/2016/09/15/autoptimize-cache-size-the-canary-in-the-coal-mine/),
   so you should:
    * delete the cache * untick the “aggregate inline JS”-option (
   and/or aggregate inline CSS) to avoid this from happening again
