# Cache – But no plugins

 * I had w3 installed severl months ago and removed it. I also check my htaccess,
   removed all associated files and folders, yet the site still has a cache.
 * For instance I have a countdown on a post when I first load it is shows 49 seconds,
   if I wait 30 seconds and refresh it still shows 49 seconds.
 * If I view source and view a css file source and f5 that source then refresh the
   post the page *usually* updates, not only the css but the page content.
 * Any ideas?
