Cache cleared and still under construction

Hi, I did your checker but it wouldn’t return a preview. I cleared the cache (I didn’t even cache the site till after I disabled Under Construction, and there’s nothing in the cache I keep clearing), did hard refreshes on Chrome and Incognito, used Incognito, had someone else try it, and even though it says it’s off, I still get the under construction page.
