 * Hi,
 * I am using this plugin with W3 Total Cache. Can I really trust in the result
   of the post views number or may I need to configure anything else in order to
   have this plugin working with W3 Total Cache?
 * Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * you need to activate the “Using caching plugin?”-option on the options page.
   This will activate an async counter compatible with most wordpress caching strategies.
