# Cache dir empty

 * Hi Albert
 * Since yesterday when I manually cancelled the cache created by PhastPress I have
   noticed that the plugin works but doesn’t create any files under the usual /wp-
   content/cache directory.
    Not even under /phastpress/cache.
 * I’m using LiteSpeed cache plugin on LiteSpeed cache and the latest 1.34 version
   of PhastPress.
 * Any suggestions?

 * UPDATE:
    After digging every single dir I’ve found that PhastPress was creating
   the cache under /wp-content/uploads/cache
 * So I cancel it and since then PP started creating the cache in the usual dir 
   under /wp-content/

 * Glad you found the location of the cache yourself. The plugin tries to create
   the cache in wp-content/cache first, but if that fails, it creates it in another
   directory where it can write.
 * It’s possible that this happened because somebody visited your website at the
   same time you were deleting the cache directory…
 * Next time, you can first rename the cache directory before deleting it.
