 * It really depends on how often your content changes. If changes are made regularly,
   you may want to set the cache anywhere from 5-15 minutes ( 300-900 seconds). 
   If your content rarely changes, consider caching it for a longer time period;
   an hour ( 3600 seconds ) or so, perhaps.
 * It really is completely up to you. 🙂
