 * I understand the basics of caching – an HTML file is served up instead of having
   to make a PHP call to the database. But I can’t find anywhere exactly how/when
   does that happen? Does the plugin go through my pages/posts caching them by itself
   behind the scenes? Or is a given page just cached only after the first time it’s
   called?
 * thanks,
    Mike

 * I wish I could delete or edit the OP, I stumbled onto a pretty good explanation
