 * Suggestion:
 * Allow (x) number of images to be cached at all times. Usually somewhere between
   3 and 5. This will allow better load time, but most importantly, will allow the
   unlimited you advertise.
 * I have managed about 100-125, but would like to go higher. Have had to resort
   to another plugin for higher volume images – but really like your plugin.

 * Hi gsbohn are you saying that you have a limit on how many images you can add
   to the slideshow?

 * I am saying this program seems to have a limit before it wants to grind to a
   halt or indefinite period of load time for the next image.
 * Currently, I’ve taken another program to over 250 images with no decrease in
   load time before each image is displayed. In the settings file I have to tell
   the program how many images to cache. I guess that could be any number. Example,
   image 1 is showing, images 2,3,4 are in cache waiting to be rotated into display.
   This program could use that function. I like, but I want to display much larger
   slideshows than it allows.
 * My whole site, where this is used, is nothing but slideshows of a particular
   actor.

 * Hi gsbohn you did reply to the following [URL](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/max-number-of-slides-in-one-show).
   Did you ever check to see if you have a database limitation? How much memory
   do you have allocated to your WordPress?

 * I am not quite sure I understand what you mean by memory allowance to WP. If
   I set that somewhere, I have no idea.
 * I did change my .htaccess to the following for file sizes
 * _php\_value upload\_max\_filesize 1200M
    php\_value post\_max\_size 64M php\_value
   max\_execution\_time 300 php\_value max\_input\_time 300
 * I use a personal server.
