Cache is three days old

I’m getting this on my sites in a multisite installation
Served from: wadersloh.smmp.de @ 2013-02-22 12:39:01 by W3 Total Cache -->

It’s now 2013-02-25 18:44 53.

Of course the settings do not tell w3tc to be that sluggish.
Can anybody tell me how this can possibly happen?
