 * I am using this plugin in wordpress site, which is using elementor as an editor.
   So after doing some changes in elementor I am not able to see the latest changes
   immediatly. Need to clear the cache and wait for sometime to see the latest changes.
   Please suggest on this

 * Autoptimize does not do page caching, but when clearing the Autoptimize cache
   AO will try to force a page cache purge as well. Summary; clear the page cache(
   plugin or at host or 3rd party such as Cloudflare) and all should be well 🙂
 * hope this helps,

 * So, this will mainly focus on optmization of css , not the cache?

 * autoptimize focuses on resource (asset) optimization, so indeed CSS, JS, images,
   google fonts, … but does not do page caching indeed.

 * But when we do any changes in css, when we check the site, still we will able
   to see the old optimized css only

 * that’s a page cache issue, clear any page cache you might have and you should
   see the new CSS.
