# Cache issue

 * Hi there,
 * I’m writing because I’m having trouble getting certain files on my website to
   cache, and I’m hoping you can help me figure out why.
 * I’m using the free version of the 10Web Optimizer plugin on [CleanIPTV website](https://cleanitv.net).
   In the plugin settings, I’ve turned on all the caching and optimization options
   I can see, but my assets things like CSS, JavaScript, and images still don’t 
   seem to be cached when the site loads.
 * Could you let me know if this is something that’s limited to the free plan? Or
   is there possibly a setting on my end that might be preventing caching from working
   properly?
 * I’d really appreciate any insight you can offer. Thanks so much for your time
   and help.

   Sorry for 
   the delayed response here.
 * Could you please share more details on how you checked that the assets are being
   served without cache?
 * For example, you can share a screenshot from the browser Network tab, PageSpeed/
   Lighthouse results, or any specific cache headers/messages you are seeing.
 * Once we have that, we’ll be happy to check whether this is expected behavior,
   a configuration issue.
