 * Can you please explain,
 * I have enabled Cache output? enabled (Admin Side)
 * it will work with:
    Usage: <?php if(function_exists(‘echo_ald_crp’)) echo_ald_crp();?
   > to your template file where you want the related posts to be displayed.
 * or this
    use the following code: <?php if(function_exists(‘echo_ald_crp’)) echo_ald_crp(
   1); ?>
 * which one should be used ?

 * `<?php if(function_exists('echo_ald_crp')) echo_ald_crp(); ?>` will work with
   the cache since it takes all the default settings that are set via the admin 
   control.
 * This is the default action in v1.8.10.1
