 * Helo! Do you have any indication of a cache plugin that does not conflict with
   the message above the “closed restaurant” search bar? Because all the plugins
   I’ve tested, when the restaurant closes, it saves the current cache and doesn’t
   show the message.

 * With most of the caching plugins, you will get the option to “Exclude Particular
   Page” from the cache. You should exclude the menu page from caching, by this 
   all the updated items, as well as other things, can work properly.
