# Cache plugin problems

 * Hi, I am having trouble with the cache plugins.
 * I have tried to setup both “Super cache” and “W3 Total cache” but whenever I 
   try to set them up, I get the following error message.
    “Error : Invalid link!
   Please check the URL to make sure it is correct”
 * I have even deactivated all other plugins, but that did not help.
    Tried installing
   a new theme, still no help.
 * Last week I deleted all of my sites on one of my hosting accounts by mistake.
   
   After some time my hosting company managed to get the content back from their
   servers and install it on the standard WP theme.
 * All of my plugins, themes, pictures and settings where gone, so I have to reinstall
   and set everything backup.
 * I have done a few so far with no problems, until this one.
 * Any ideas how to fix this?

 * Are there errors in your web server error log? Have you asked your web host to
   help you set up a cache plugin?
