# Cache problem with Total Cache?

 * We have the Events folder growing to over 2GB a day with folders being created
   in /events every 30 seconds to a minute filled with
 * _index.html & _index.html_gzip
 * /public_html/wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/site-name/events
 * Just curious if anyone else has seen this behavior?

 * That’s not something I’ve heard of previously, perhaps requests from search bots
   are also being cached (and they may traverse across date ranges where there are
   in fact no events)?

 * Yes, what I did was simply mark the path /events not to be cached by TC, and 
   that stopped the excessive file system growth.
