 * Hi, since a couple of days we are facing an issue regarding the products’ info
   we synchronize from our CRM to WooCommerce. I try to explain it as best as I
   can. When we import product information from weclapp (our crm) it is immediately
   copied to the woocommerce back-end but is not shown in the front-end. When I
   try to delete the cache, it looks like the shop page overviews gets updated with
   the right info, but once I use the filter to get in a product category, what
   I see are always the old informations. What I have also noticed: with one of
   our product that actually costs 24,94€, we cannot change the price to 24,95€.
   I tried to change it directly in the back end but it doesn’t work. If I try to
   change the price with another decimal it works correctly. I have no idea if something
   cache related or something else.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fcache-problems-12%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Hi @
 * Thanks for reaching out!

 * It could be related to caching. Can you please try to follow the steps below
   and see if this resolves the issue?
    - Clear all transients under **WooCommerce > Status > Tools**
    - Have your host purge the site/server cache
    - [Clear your browser’s cache](https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache)
      or try **another browser** or in incognito mode and see if that works

   > If I try to change the price with another decimal it works correctly.
 * It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict
   here.
 * For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the [default Storefront theme](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/)
   and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, try to edit the same product and see
   if this works?
 * If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party
   plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend
   cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described
   on this [guide](https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
   without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging
   facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it
   using the free [WP Staging](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/) plugin.
 * If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be
   best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
 * If this did not resolve the issue, please share your **System Status Report**,
   that will help us further troubleshoot.
 * You can find it via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select `Get system report` and then`
   Copy for support`. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
 * If you could also provide the **fatal error logs** (if any) under `WooCommerce
   > Status > Logs`.
 * You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via [https://gist.github.com/](https://gist.github.com/)
   and send the link here.
 * Or, if you’d like someone else to do this work for you, our trusted partner,
   Codeable, has an [offering](https://www.codeable.io/partners/woocommerce/conflict-testing/?ref=99VIa2)
   where they will run this test for $150 USD. If there is time left, they will
   also fix the problems they found.
 * Let us know how it goes!

 * Hi [@tomenr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomenr/)
 * Thanks for providing the requested information above.
 * I understand that even after clearing transients, site, server and browser cache
   and even after performing the full conflict test, the issue still persists here,
   correct?
 * Could you please provide us with a clear screenshot of what you’re seeing on
   your end? This will help us better understand your situation and address your
   concerns more effectively.
 * If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try [https://snipboard.io](https://snipboard.io).
   You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

 * Hi,
 * so, here are the two pictures:
   the first one show the product overview: [https://snipboard.io/z8eauS.jpg](https://snipboard.io/z8eauS.jpg)
 * the second one the single editing product page:
   [https://snipboard.io/lEvG8U.jpg](https://snipboard.io/lEvG8U.jpg)
 * It happens just with with this product: what we write in the section “regular
   price” of the editing product page, doesn’t show up in the overview product page
   and unfortunately not in the front-end.

   io. Can you resend the screenshot, please?
 * I also see a reference to the Flatsome theme in the logs and noticed your theme
   is up to date. Did you try switching to [Storefront](https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/)
   and checking if the same occurs?

 * Hi there [@tomenr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomenr/) 👋
 * Thank you for reaching back, clarifying things further.
 * I’d like to take a step back, and loop back to this bit:
 * > since a couple of days we are facing an issue regarding the products’ info
   > we synchronize from our CRM to WooCommerce. I try to explain it as best as
   > I can. When we import product information from weclapp (our crm) it is immediately

 * It sounds like all was working as expected, between your store and CRM software,
   until a few days ago. Then some change affected this balance.
 * Instead of focusing on caching, I’d like to clarify if you have a record of what
   has changed in the time frame you are referring to. An update to the CRM software
   version, or to your site’s configuration, perhaps? That should provide a better
   clue for the culprit behind the situation.
 * Furthermore, it’d best to test with restoring from a backup from a few days before
   this issue was noticed, and see if the issue persists, or otherwise.
 * I trust that points you in the right direction, but if you have more questions,
   let us know.
 * We’re happy to help.

 * Hi,
 * I am not so sure about that, but I would say it is more cache related.
 * We now notice that the synchronization works perfectly, but it seems that old
   stored data is shown to make the website work faster.

 * Hi [@tomenr](https://wordpress.org/support/users/tomenr/),
 * If you suspect that the issue is related to caching, there are a few steps you
   can take to verify and potentially resolve this.
 * Try clearing your website’s cache. If you’re using a caching plugin, there should
   be an option to do this within the plugin’s settings. If your web host provides
   caching, you may need to contact them for assistance clearing the cache.
 * Next, you may need to disable caching to see if this resolves the issue temporarily.
   If disabling the cache fixes the problem, you’ll know that the cache was indeed
   the cause.
 * You can also clear your WooCommerce cache by going to WooCommerce → Status →
   Tools and do the following:
    - WooCommerce transients – Clear
    - Expired transients – Clear
    - Clear template cache – Clear
    - Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    - Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate
 * If you’re still experiencing the issue after trying these steps, there may be
   a different underlying cause. Please let us know if that’s the case, and we’ll
   be happy to continue assisting you.
