When using thi plugin it is highly recommended not to use any other page caching system for your website. You can defiantely use object cache and plugins like Perfmatters to optimize other parts of the website. Cause when a page is cached at CF CDN level, the request won’t even reach to your server and instead will entirely be served from CF CDN.
