# Caching Plugins

 * I would like to ask IF we already have a caching plugin working, do we need to
   enable the caching of the plugin?

 * I always recommend the caching of the plugin as it always helps. The cache is
   saved in the meta data of the post.
 * There are two levels of caching within the plugin, just the posts or the entire
   HTML output. The latter is the most aggressive and drastically reduces the number
   of queries.

 * Thanks but that was not what i asked.
 * Since a caching plugin already makes a cached/static page of any (standard) post(
   that is your “related” also below the posts included), is there any reason that
   we should have your plugin cache?

 * No. If you’re happy if the caching plugin, there isn’t a requirement for the 
   plugins cache as well.
