    Does the plugin cache the REST API response ? I would like to connect
   some mobile apps to my wordpress using API. Do you recommend special settings?

 * WPFC does not cache the post requests. Get requests may be cached but you can
   exclude them as below.

 * Actually, I do have another problem. Each time I try to set cache timeout rule,
   it deletes itself and never saved.
    Any help, please.
