 * I’m a nwebiw to WP, trying to populate a blog through caffeinated content, but
   keep getting this message:
    ========== Warning: curl_setopt() [function.curl-
   setopt]: CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION cannot be activated when in safe_mode or an open_basedir
   is set ===========
 * How can I fix this?
