    Hi PonceSuites the only way I can think of that it might work is by using javascript.

    Thank you for your VERY prompt response. Sorry to ask, but can you give me a hint. I am a programmer but do not know javascript. I just want to set a field (e.g. ‘Total’) to ‘Persons’ * [a set value].

    Hi unfortunately this is beyond the scope of this plugin. You will have to search on the internet to find a solution to your request. There are many sites that many people ask questions in regards to javascript.

    Here is a link to a site that many use. It is very popular I am sure someone there will lead you on the right track.

    Thanks – fully understand. Have had a quick look and looks like it should be relatively easy. For anyone else looking for an answer to this subject – yes, there are MANY very helpful sites giving fully coded example.
    I am very impressed at the service provided here – THANKS AGAIN!!!
