 * Good Morning,
 * I am attempting to customize your form and need help. I have several forms with
   page breaks to separate them into 4 individual forms. At the top of the form 
   it states in a box, “Page 1 of 4”, the next page states in a box, “Page 2 of 
   4”, and so on.
 * Is there a way to change the words “Page 1 of 4″ with Calculate My Discount”?
 * I searched through the .js files and haven’t found where it is located nor what
   the code is to change it.
 * I appreciate any help you can give!
