 * This is a great plugin.
 * I have created even registration form. i am not going to collect any payment
   online instead they will send me check therefore which plan would work for me
   Master? There will be different price for say senior, children and not senior
   i want form to add total of all those field and give total so the person who
   is registering how much they should write check for.
 * In master plan how may rules can you have like to show field and hide Vs APPRENTICE?
 * since form only has field name and therefore when user submits form i can differentiate
   in backed. i have field like how many attendee and their names, so what i am
   saying it on front end it should show name but on back end it should say attendee
   name 1, attendee name 2 so that i can sort data.
 * Can you view submissions in front end?
 * Thank you

 * Hello,
 * You can operate with checks on any plan of ours and create calculations. In your
   case you can add a field which allows the users to select the needed type such
   as senior, children and others (not senior). Afterwards, depending on their choice,
   further fields appear and, based on them, specific formulas are computed.
 * Within the Apprentice plan you can use up to 3 conditional logic rules, whilst
   the Master plan provides unlimited rules. Using rules, you will be able to show
   the necessary number of fields, based on the number of attendees your users say
   they want to register.
 * If I understand correctly, you want field labels on the form itself to be different
   than the labels that you, as the form owner, receive in the submission body.
   If so, then you can achieve this by using a custom email template (from Settings-
   > Notifications). But this will affect only the content of the message that you
   receive by email, not the structure of the Submissions table.
 * About displaying submissions on the frontend, you can do that by publishing the
   form report on one of your pages.
 * If you need further assistance with setting up your form, or if you have more
   questions, feel free to contact us on live chat or at [support@captainform.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/calculation-4/support@captainform.com?output_format=md).
 * Best regards,
