Calculation Settings

Hi , i am little confused in Calculation Settings. I want the affiliete partner get commission from toatally of ammount of order. (including ‘shipping cost’ & after applying the customer the coupon). For example if order cost is 100$-15% coupon = 85$ +5$ Shipping =90$ . So the partner will get 10% of 90$ , so will get 10$… The ‘Include the “coupon discount” in % commission calculations’ & ‘Include “shipping costs” in % commission calculations & order totals.‘ will be enabled or not ?
