In this form user must choose the client by dropdown field (this field must show only registered users list with a specific wp role). * Also user must export the results of the form and the data in a csv file or something similar so I can use it to create an invoice with another software. * For the last is possible show the entries on front end? * Is this possible? The user would be able to see the pages that you configure. For example you could configure a “Grid” page and add fields in that grid.
