Caldera form isn’t submitting

    Hey

    I have a client that’s having an issue with the contact form they use on their job application page of their website. For some reason when you click on the reCAPTCHA field, click on all the relevant images, and click the submit button nothing happens.

    The form doesn’t submit and then you get a “Verification expired, check the checkbox again” message.

    I’ve had this issue before when it came to reCAPTCHA field using the gravity forms plugin and all I had to do then is disables the reCAPTCHA plugin.

    Would you mind upgrading to V0.3 and then switch to reCAPTCHA V3 which should solve this issue for you.

    Hey

    I’ve updated to VO.O3 and reCAPTCHA V3 has been switched on, the issue is still happening even after those suggestions have been made.

    Do you know if there’s anything else I can do to make this work?

    Could you please ensure your reCAPTCHA keys and website allowed to load the reCAPTCHA is correct?

    There is a status 400 error on your site where the form is and it could be due to the referrer/allowed website being incorrect.

    Hey

    I’ve created a new set of reCAPTCHA keys and I’ve gone through the website backend to determine if the issue is coming from there.

    I’m not seeing anything that would prevent the form from submitting. If you have an idea of what I should be looking for please let me know and if you know of any other solution.
