# Caldera Forms – Need help

 * Im having an issue with the checkbox options using Caldera Forms.
 * I completed the form to check if everything displays correctly but when I go 
   to Entries it seems that the checked option just shows up as “[object Object]”.
 * Does anyone else have this problem?
 * Another question: whats the difference between “From Email” and “Reply to Email”
   in Mailer options?
