 * Hi,
 * I’ve just installed the plugin, and currently have no events or bookings lined
   up, but the idea is that quite a number of events will be input in the front 
   end, along with more general ones from the back end.
 * As I currently have no events how do i just display a blank eventless calendar
   on a webpage?
