# Calendar modification

 * In the sidebar I have the archive calenader – it’s working correctly.
 * At the bottom of the calendar we hav the navigation to other months – and the
   name of the month is written with three characters – like Oct, Sep, Aug and so
   on.
 * My question now: How to get the whole month name there? I didn’t found anything
   in the options menu.

 * look inside locale.php for the monthly abbreviations. thats what the calendar
   function looks to for how to format the month display.
