# Calendar shortcode size

 * Hi, I’ve used the calendar shortcode as such:
    `[events_calendar long_events=
   1]`
 * However, I find that the size of the calendar is a little big so I’ve tried to
   use the width parameter as in the locations shortcode to try to change the size.
   But I don’t think it takes that parameter as nothing happens.
 * Here’s my page with the calendar on the right column.

 * Can you please advise how I can reduce the size of the calendar? Thanks.
