• I have several calendars set up in a group and all going to one location: http://hesperiausd.org (scroll) This worked fairly flawlessly before the plugin was revamped and now I seem to be missing a calendar or two in the feed. I’ve duplicated the calendar, I’ve redone it, I’ve cleared cache several times, all to no avail. There should be an event on the 25th of Jan that says “Test” on it and as you can probably see, that event is not there. I’ve checked all of the settings on the calendar and event itself… the event is posted as Public. I also double-checked the Google API and all is well there also. Please help!

Hi sorry you are having an issue. I went to your site but I do not see the calendar there.

Can you provide me the settings you are using for the grouped calendar?

The calendar is down kinda low on the page.
Where do I find the grouped calendar settings?

The grouped calendar settings are the settings for the calendar. You can go to “Calendars” > “All Calendars” > {Your calendar Name} > Scroll down a little bit and you should see all the settings.

All of the settings for all of the calendars are all the same.

    Events >
    Calendar start: Today
Earliest event: Same as start date
Latest event: Day end of start date

    Appearance >
*Do you really want these? 🙂

    Google Calendar >
Calendar ID: exactly what I was asked to provide in this field
    Recurring events: Show all
    Maximum Events: 2500

    Advanced >
    Timezone: Events source default
    Date format: Site default
    Separator: @
    Time format: Site default
Week starts on: Site default (Monday)
Cache – Refresh interval: 12 hours

Everything is default, I haven’t messed with any of these. 🙂
    I hope that helps?

I see a “Test Event” on the 25th of January now. Is that the one that was missing before?

You might want to try changing these:

Earliest event: Same as start date
Latest event: Day end of start date

That means it is trying to pull the data for only that single day. If you expand it further then it will grab more events.

It was there! I saw it too! And now it is gone.
I will play with these settings and see if I can get it to come back. Thank you for your help!
