# Call User Field within Shortcode. Help

 * Hi, Im using the google docs viewer plugin that begins with short code [GDE =”
   URL TO DOCUMENT”]
 * Im designing a user area that requires a different document to load depending
   upon which user is logged in. I have created a field using CIMY extra user field
   plugin and added a field for the URL of the document associated with that user.
 * However i cant figure out how to call that field within the shortcode for the
   google viewer.
 * Ive tried using the PHP Execution plugin to echo the field but it doesn’t work
   within the shortcode. Also CIMYs fields dont show up with the page/post content
   i can only echo them in template, but that is a separate yet related problem.
 * Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
