 * With the beta plugin I get this error in the email header (this is where the 
   AVS response should go in the email):
    Warning: call_user_func_array() expects
   parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class ‘WC_Gateway_PayPal_Pro_PayFlow_AngellEYE’
   does not have a method ‘angelleye_paypal_pro_payflow_email_instructions’ in ********
   public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 300
 * Methods: PayPal and PayPal Express got these in their emails.
    Payflow had no
   errors. DoDirectPayment – havent tested yet

 * We have resolved this issue in the release branch on GitHub and it will be included
   in the 1.4.2 update we’ll be pushing soon. If you would like to grab it early
