Hello,
Can you upload one on your photos somewhere so that I can download it and try it on my side?
Also, please try to upload your photo on this service:
http://exif.regex.info/exif.cgi
It will tell you what the EXIF contains π
You can check here
https://www.corradoprever.com/en/photography/italy-2017/encountering-genoa-images/
All photos in the page are without camera model (no idea why)
I cheeked one image of mine with the service you suggest and the Exif are correct.
Lightroom and Windows say also the correct Exif
I used lightroom 6.0 to export the photo from raw file to .jpg
Hi,
Something tricky is happening. I have tried your image on my servers and it works, the camera is displayed. What I think is happening is that your server PHP libraries might be a bit different and actually cannot read the camera information…
Can you try this image on a different server with the Lightbox, or a different environment? I think that’s really what is happening. And also, it’s quite difficult to fix for me in that case, especially I can’t reproduce it at all π
Interesting
I can’t do what you say, actually the old Canon 450D on my server is showed correctly.
Check this if can help
https://www.corradoprever.com/ver.php
I will also contact my server provider but I do not think can fix
Actually I also noticed that, even though it works on my server, there is a warning in my logs: PHP Warning: exif_read_data(IMG_0521.jpg): Illegal IFD size in /Users/meow/Documents/Coding/plugins/meow-lightbox-pro/mwl_core.php on line 125
So not sure why it is happening on your image, but it might be that there is a problem with a file as well. Maybe you should try to export that image again from a RAW and see if it works better?
I am not sure but the developer here might be right. It might be a Lightroom issue and you could try to avoid limiting the JPG size, or some another trick.
Hi Jordy
If is a Lightroom issue I’m just wondering how can work on your server.
I will try to make smaller files but do not think this is the issue.
Here we are…. solved the issue… just update lighroom with the last one…
