Can I schedule menu items?

I would like a link to our livestream page to appear in my header menu only on Sunday from 9:00-10:00 and 10:30-11:30 am. Is that possible?

No, this is not possible with this plugin. Menu items are something completely different and don’t have anything in common with with shortcodes for posts or pages.
You would need some custom output filter in your template to filter menu items depending on the current time. Maybe someone with PHP knowledge how can help you creating this. See the WordPress reference for more details.
