Can no longer log into wordpress

    I cannot log into wordpress anymore, using either admin account. I did copy and past some code from emediacoach.com??? Logging in has always been difficult- I am told I do not exist or its the wrong password, then sometimes it works. Other times it says cannot access maintenance check back in a few minutes, and sometimes it says http error 500. Now my email does not exist. I had to create this extra account just so I could ask for help.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    You can also access your database and see if your url is correct.

    Thanks for the guidance. We have rolled back to a previous back up and we can now access the site. However, now the shop page is just white. product pages seem to be gone as well. Just a blank page. Turned off every plugin but nojoy. What am I missing?

    I have removed and deleted all plugins, I went through WP file manager and deleted any remaining folders with left over plugins. I am trying to re install woocommerce but I am getting this error now-” Installation failed: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

    woocommerce is active again and the shop page appears to be working. Any idea what could cause this. User error probly…
