Can not deactivate plugin

    Hello, I have your plugin in a site and am troubleshooting an issue with amp. I tried to disable the plugin but it ignores my request and stays activated. I just deleted the directory and of course got the error files for the missing files. I reinstalled it and the errors went away but I still can’t deactivate it.

    Hi @frankmatt2018,
    sorry to hear that…
    does it happen only with my plugin? It doesn’t have anything different from most of the others plugins deactivation-wise, to be honest it doesn’t do anything at all (some other plugins run some functions on deactivation) and it’s up to WordPress to perform the operation…
    Also, the error message after deleting the folder should be shown just once, did you mean it stayed visible until you reinstalled?
