# Cannot Acces Page & API Version Error

 * Hi
   The plugin is not working properly. The PDF file cannot be accessed. Looking
   at other solutions, I’ve modified htaccess and added A0 to the ExpiresByType 
   application/pdf A0. However, it’s still not working plus I’m getting the error
   stating API version “3.11.174” does not match the Worker version “3.7.107”What

 * This is cache issue. Please clear cache on your server if any cache plugins are
   installed. CDN cache.
   We see no issues in our devices, your PDFs are loading.
 * If you are still having the issue, let us know which device and browser you are
   facing this issue.
