# Cannot access

 * Help! Trying to get on my site livestockresearch.ca Following login I get the
   message “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site
   admin email inbox for instructions.” No message has been received.
    This morning
   I updated a number of plugins. All updated and I made minor updates to some pages.
   I logged out of the site and then went back in to add a new event to the calendar.
   The system got hung up and did not update the event. I logged out and now get
   the above message. One of the updates was to the event calendar.
 * The website is accessible and provides all pages, however if you click to advance
   the calendar it gets hung up.
 * Help Please!

 * Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t
   find the log, please contact your host.
 * Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/

 * You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of 
   the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one
   to identify the source of your troubles.
 * If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to [deactivate plugins](https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F).
