# Cannot access admin

 * I am at a loss. I am trying to get in to my site via /wp-admin and I keep having
   my log-in rejected and automatically directing me to a ‘you must reset your password’
   screen. I have tried that screen form multiple times and every email I respond
   to it then says ‘invalid key’ and asks me to do it again. How can I possibly 
   access my site? Thank you for any guidance on this.

 * Have you tried contacting your host?
 * They may be able to help you determine if your site has been hacked, reset your
   password and/or help you gain access.
 * If you have a live chat option, that has always worked better than email or phone
   calls.

 * Thank you and that is what I had just done after posting my troubles here (should
   have thought of it, then it dawned on me). All is resolved. I still don’t understand
   why I kept getting ‘invalid key’ when following WOrdPress’s own emails they had
   sent me a moment before with the instructions to follow a specific link. In any
   event, done!
