# Cannot Access Development Location

 * I’m hoping someone can help me figure this out. I have set up a WordPress site
   in a temporary development location at [http://bluesarthouse.com/oasisfoodpantry/](http://bluesarthouse.com/oasisfoodpantry/).
   I can access it from my network but everyone outside my network is getting 404
   errors. I have checked all my permissions, rewritten my .htaccess file, reset
   my permalinks. I cannot figure out what is wrong and it’s driving me crazy. Help
   please?
