# Cannot Access My Admin Panel – Please HELP!!

 * Morning All…Please HELP…I got the following message logging into my WordPress
   Account “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” After a
   little further digging I found a message that all passwords have been reset…so
   I followed the Lost Password link as instructed to obtain new password and a 
   link was duly email to me, on clicking the link however I got this, error=invalidkey
   With message…”Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.” Tried again and got
   same message….HELP Please….Can anyone offer me a solution?

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s
   folder in wp-content/themes using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or phpMyAdmin.
