 * I cannot access the notifications settings to make a very simple edit!!
 * I took over a site someone else started developing so I do not know if the WPForms
   was purchased or not. It shows it has WP-Lite.
 * Any ideas here? any help on this would be appreciated. I don’t even find a comparable
   PHP file in the plug-in to edit.

   As mentioned
   in the old post you referred, this generally happens if there is any **HTML syntax****
   error** in the form builder. When you have some time, can you please check if
   you’re using **HTML tags** in the form and that they’re properly **opened** and**
   closed**? Also, please check if there

 * Ok, good news. An admin very knowledgeable about WordPress helped me get this
   solved. It was embedded in the Elementor plug-in, in the actions after submit
   form area. In theory that plug-in app is very easy but if you’re unfamiliar with
   it it’s like a blind man trying to find his way through stuff.
