# Cannot access Permalinks

 * Just installed a fresh WordPress and editing options, but cannot access Permalinks
   options. It gets stuck each time – “loading…”.
 * Everything else looks OK. And I checked access permissions via FTP (all files
   0655, all folders 0755).
 * I did three fresh installations and every time it was exactly the same.
