Cannot access wordpress website dashboard after using reset plugin

    I develop an e-commerce website with wordpress and is hosted in godaddy. After reset, login to my website but dashboard cannot be accessed. I have backup of my site but it can be restored only go to dashboard. I tried a solution to deactivate plugins via ftp but it will not work on that. Please suggest any other solution to access dashboard and all. Waiting for your valuable reply.

    When you login to a fresh WordPress site, you’re supposed to be taken to the dashboard. But you say you can “login”… yet your “dashboard cannot be accessed”.

    Can you please provide some more details? What happens after you log in? Where are you taken to, if not to the dashboard? Is there any error message? Can you share a screenshot?

    Can you clarify what this means “after reset”?

    If you have a complete backup of your website, maybe the support team at GoDaddy can assist with alternative way to fix the files and database.

    How did you try to deactivate plugins via FTP?

    Thank you for your reply and have one screenshot.
    After login view only username and log out option. Edit profile is missing and also in the left side website name is there missing dashboard dropdown but ww.wp.xz.cn dropdown is there. Can you please give your mail-id I will send it to you. Please suggest a solution for this issue.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I try to disable the plugins manually using FTP. I will try to contact the support team at Godaddy and thanks for that solution.
